Millennium Makkah Al Naseem

The housekeeping staff was always on their toes and provided instant response for any service demanded. Even once I called them in night @2:00 AM for extra blanket as my daughter was feeling cold. To my surprise the staff was there in 2 minutes with the blanket. The shuttle bus service provided for Al Haram was the cherry on the cake to make our life comfortable and no hustles to negotiate with the taxis.

I liked everything in the Millenium, I was staying in the Superior room and it was really big, very clean, the room service comes everyday, the bathroom is very good. Breakfast was excellent, many thanks to chef Henedy and Chef sherif for their dedication, and Ms Kawthar the receptionist. All the hotel staff are very nice. The property is a little bit far from Haram but really that is what distinguishes it, because it reliefs me from the crowd I feel in the area around the haram and most importantly the hotel lies in the Naseem area, where it is near to everything I needed, specially the aashea raghy mosque, besides there is a free shuttle service 24 hours. My mother and I really liked the stay there, and we decided never to stay in any other hotel except it.

I loved the location of the property as it is in a quiet area, unlike the ones near Al-Masjid Al-Haram, which tend to be very busy and overcrowded during Ramadan. I also appreciate that the staff accommodated my request for a bright and dust-free room before my arrival. A huge thank you to everyone at the reception and the room service team, who responded promptly whenever we needed assistance. Jazakum Allahu Khairan!

Check in was very pleasant thanks to the very Professional and Welcoming Receptionist Sarah. This was our first visit and Sarah was very helpful in guiding us and assisting us with all the information one could ask for. We highly recommend Sarah for promotion as she is an Excellent representation of the hotel and Quality Management. Secondly, we would like to highly commend the Master Chef Furqan who was very pleasant and professional with a huge smile while preparing delicious food! and also Mr. Muhammad one of the best Receptionist for the Restaurant who was always Welcoming and helpful. Finally the location was Excellent and shuttle service to Masjid Al Haram was Exceptional especially during high peak times in Ramadan.

I loved the facilities, the location of the hotel especially being near Masjid Al Rajhi. The area is absolutely gorgeous with cafes and shops around. The cleaning was very efficient and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was provided for, I also loved the efficiency of the shuttle service to the Haram.
