Millennium Makkah Al Naseem

I visited a lot of hotels in Makkah and and its easy for me to consider this hotel as one of the best hotels i visited in Makkah even hotel is far from Harram for the following reasons:- 1- The quickest check in process i had in Makkah 2- excellent and friendly staff 3- very good food quality but variety is very very limited 4- super clean and tidy 5- they paid attention to smallest things to ensure gust satisfaction 6- Value of money 7- free bus to Harram each hour noting that the drop off point in front of Makarem Ajyad hotel ( about 400 to 500 m from Harram) and pickup point from Harram is on the other side of drop of point as there is another bus will take you to Maskhota parking and you will find hotel bus ( easy process) trip time to or from Harram about 15 minutes based on normal traffic). 8- Hotel is very close to the third biggest mosque in Makkah (Alragehy Masque ) and we enjoyed pray at this mosque. 9- the hotel in a quiet area but you will find shops , supermarket, pharmacy, laundry however restaurants is very limited but you will find all other things you may need. Thanks to everyone in hotel thanks to all reception team specially Ms. Renad, thanks to reservation team Ms. Suha and Ms. Ghofran for their efforts and care to facilitate my reservation and for their efforts to allocate good rooms , thanks Youns , thanks to cheif Mohamed Saad and special thanks to Mr. Maher Shaltout and all reception and reservation team (I apologize if I forgot to mentioned everyone in his name as all staff was amazing)

The housekeeping staff was always on their toes and provided instant response for any service demanded. Even once I called them in night @2:00 AM for extra blanket as my daughter was feeling cold. To my surprise the staff was there in 2 minutes with the blanket. The shuttle bus service provided for Al Haram was the cherry on the cake to make our life comfortable and no hustles to negotiate with the taxis.

I liked everything in the Millenium, I was staying in the Superior room and it was really big, very clean, the room service comes everyday, the bathroom is very good. Breakfast was excellent, many thanks to chef Henedy and Chef sherif for their dedication, and Ms Kawthar the receptionist. All the hotel staff are very nice. The property is a little bit far from Haram but really that is what distinguishes it, because it reliefs me from the crowd I feel in the area around the haram and most importantly the hotel lies in the Naseem area, where it is near to everything I needed, specially the aashea raghy mosque, besides there is a free shuttle service 24 hours. My mother and I really liked the stay there, and we decided never to stay in any other hotel except it.

I loved the location of the property as it is in a quiet area, unlike the ones near Al-Masjid Al-Haram, which tend to be very busy and overcrowded during Ramadan. I also appreciate that the staff accommodated my request for a bright and dust-free room before my arrival. A huge thank you to everyone at the reception and the room service team, who responded promptly whenever we needed assistance. Jazakum Allahu Khairan!
